Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is a process that uses a laser to etch designs, logos, or text onto a product's surface. This method is commonly used on items made of metal, wood, and glass, such as pens, keychains, and wine glasses.

The laser beam removes a thin layer of the product's surface, creating a deep, permanent mark. Laser engraving is ideal for creating high-quality, precise designs and text that will not fade or wear away over time.

Colorize - UV Printing

UV printing is a digital printing process that uses ultraviolet light to dry and cure the ink as it is printed onto a product's surface. This method is commonly used on items made of plastic, acrylic, and other non-porous materials.

UV printing allows for full-color printing and can produce high-quality images and designs that are resistant to fading, scratching, and wear. This method is ideal for creating intricate designs, patterns, and photographs that are difficult to achieve through other customization methods.

Sand etching, also known as sandblasting, is used to create a wide range of designs, logos, and photos on the surface of an award or product. This method of etching can be applied to surfaces made of crystal, glass, marble, or wood.

Sand etching is created by taking a stencil of your design/message and using an airbrush, which utilizes compressed air, to apply the sand throughout the lines of the stencil. After the stencil is “blasted” the surface of the product is eroded, creating an elegant frosted look with depth and texture. Sand etching creates a subtle yet elegant effect ideal for creating personalized gifts or commemorative items.

ColorFill Options

Color filling an etching is a process of adding ink or paint to the lines or grooves of an etched design to enhance its visibility or decorative effect.

You can choose to color fill the etching. This process can help to bring out the details of the etching, create contrast between the design and the paper, and add visual interest to the final piece.

Sublimation printing is a method of transferring images or designs onto various substrates using a combination of heat and pressure.  It can be used on items such as metal, plastic, or ceramic surfaces.

First, a digital image or design is created on a computer. Then, the design is printed onto a special sublimation transfer paper using a sublimation inkjet printer. The printed transfer paper is then placed on the substrate that is made of a material that can absorb the sublimated ink. The substrate and transfer paper are placed in a heat press machine which applies both heat and pressure to the assembly. The high temperature causes the sublimation ink on the paper to turn into gas which permeates the substrate making it a permanent part of its structure.  After sublimation is complete, the heat press is opened and the transfer paper is removed. Once cooled, the design is embedded permanently.

Traditional Engraving

Traditional engraving uses a diamond-tipped tool to create a design or text on a product's surface. This method is commonly used on items made of metal, such as aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.

The diamond-tipped tool scratches the surface of the metal, creating a deep, permanent mark. Diamond drag engraving produces a fine, crisp line that is perfect for creating detailed designs, logos, and text. This method is also known for producing a tactile effect, as the engraved areas will have a slightly raised texture.
