At Monarch Trophy Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy in place.

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service department for approval. Only items that are received late or incorrect are eligible for consideration. In some cases, an engraving plate can be replaced to allow the award to be used for a different recipient or occasion. Please contact us to discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that some customers may be disappointed if their award cannot be returned or exchanged, but we hope that they will understand the unique nature of our products and the care and attention that goes into creating each one.
