Shipping

Ability
We have a very experienced shipping department that has the ability to ship orders as small as a single engraved plate or pallet shipments that contain complete recognition programs for your company or organization. 

Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (larger orders may require longer production time) 

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
FedEx 

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Charges
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products as well as your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown an estimated cost of shipping. We will confirm all charges prior to shipping your order. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $5.00 per shipping carton used to repack your order

Damages
Please inspect your order IMMEDIATELY for damage.  No damage claims will be accepted after 5 days from the receipt of your package. If your order was damaged in shipping, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you retain all packaging and wrapping materials for UPS or FedEx inspection. Please inspect the exterior of your packages carefully upon receipt and report any obvious damage to the courier. In the event of damage during transit we will replace the item at no additional cost to you as long as the original box and damaged item were saved and made available for courier inspection.
