Special Forces Association Chapter XV
The Special Forces Association is a national 501c 19 organization dedicated to both retired and active-duty Green Berets.
The San Antonio chapter consists of over 200 Special Forces veterans, including an original OSS veteran of WWII and Vietnam Veterans who exemplify the quiet professionals that comprise our community. Additionally, our active-duty members continue to serve in harm's way in major conflicts located across distant corners of the globe, sometimes forgotten by media and the general public.
Our philanthropy extends beyond our esteemed membership, to charitable endeavors and educational grants that support our community and the following organizations:
- Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio
- Women's and Children's Shelter of San Antonio
- Memorial Services Detachment, FSH Cemetery
- Blue Knights Back-to-School Project
- VW Post 8541
- Emergency help for SF soldiers & veterans in need
